Meaning of Philosopher

A lover of wisdom is called a philosopher. It is derived from the Ancient Greek φιλόσοφος (philosophos). Philo, (c) Wellcome Library; Supplied by The Public Catalogue Foundationmeaning love and sohpos, wisdom.

A philosopher is not just someone who seeks wisdom, but they also search within to innerstand themselves, and also understand the universe, humanity, reality, existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.

They seek to evolve their immortal souls through knowledge of THYSELF, and THYWORLD. To rise to the light of the heavens in illumination above the darkness of the masses in the seas of humanity below. Kings in their own right for they have conquered themselves.

Saviors unnumbered have died for the sins of man and by the hands of man

(By Manly P. Hall) – Saviors unnumbered have died for the sins of man and by the hands of man, Saint Peter Crucified Upside Downand through their deaths have interceded in heaven for the souls of their executioners. The martyrdom of the God-Man and the redemption of the world through His blood has been an essential tenet of many great religions. Nearly all these stories can be traced to sun worship, for the glorious orb of day is the Savior who dies annually for every creature within his universe, but year after year rises again victorious from the tomb of winter.

Without doubt the doctrine of the crucifixion is based upon the secret traditions of the Ancient Wisdom; it is a constant reminder that the divine nature of man is perpetually crucified upon the animal organism. Certain of the pagan Mysteries included in the ceremony of initiation the crucifixion of the candidate upon a cross, or the laying of his body upon a cruciform altar.

It has been claimed that Apollonius of Tyana (the Antichrist) was initiated into the Arcanum of Egypt in the Great Pyramid, where he hung upon a cross until unconscious and was then laid in the tomb (the coffer) for three days. While his body was unconscious, his soul was thought to pass into the realms of the immortals (the place of death) After it had vanquished death (by recognizing that life is eternal) it returned again to the body, which then rose from the coffer, after which he was hailed as a brother by the priests, who believed that he had returned from the land of the dead.

This concept was, in substance, the teaching of the Mysteries.

Iran Supreme Leader Tells Country to Prepare for the ‘New World Order’

There has been a lot of New World Order news coming out in the past couple weeks. Just two weeks ago, Henry Kissinger had written an open-ed piece on the Assembly of a New World Order in the Wall Street Journal; and the following week, Hillary Clinton had wrote a rebuttal called Hillary Clinton reviews Henry Kissinger’s ‘World Order’ in the Washington Post. Now this week, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is warning that the “new world order is emerging”, and that “Iran will have a strong role in creating” it.

Ayatollah Khamenei urges Iran to prepare for ‘new world order’

In a meeting with the Assembly of Experts, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that the world is entering a “new order” as the West’s influence wanes and that officials in the Islamic Republic need to be aware of the changes and prepare to play a role in the new context.

After World War II, Western countries took over the management of the world, especially in countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, said Ayatollah Khamenei. They did this by promoting a specific type of cultural values and using military and political might. Khamenei said that both of these types of power have been challenged and are now uncertain.

Ayatollah Khamenei said that this “order was in the process of change,” and “When the world is changing, when global order is changing and a new order is being formed, naturally we have a more important duty.”

The first thing to be done is to understand the new world order correctly, Khamenei said. “The power of the West on their two foundations — values and thoughts and the political and military — have become shaky. We have to understand this” rather than submitting to the idea of Western superiority.

The second task is “to prepare ourselves to play a role in this new order.” He said that Iran needs to use all of its capabilities, both inside and outside the country. Externally, he said, Iran has strategic depth and interests via Islam, language and Shiism.

Ayatollah Khamenei added that Iran has influence in Asia and Latin America, and that officials should focus on science, the economy and culture.

Pope Francis Calls for Military Crusade to Protect Christians

For the first time since possibly the first crusade, Pope Francis has called for what may amount to a modern-day military crusade to protect persecuted Christians from brutal Islamic jihadists such as the the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

This news also comes out after an alleged plot this week by ISIS to kill the Pope.

Here are some quotes from an Associated Press article who broke the news:

The Vatican is increasingly indicating support for military action in Iraq to protect Christians and other religious minorities from persecution by brutal Islamic jihadists.

As the world grapples with how to combat the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS), the Vatican released a letter Wednesday in which Pope Francis urges the international community “to take action to end the humanitarian tragedy now underway.”

The Pope’s comments followed stronger words from the Vatican’s ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva on Sunday. “Maybe military action is necessary at this moment,” Archbishop Silvano Tomasi said in an interview with Vatican Radio.

The plan for the first holy war was formed at the twilight of the 11th century by pope Sylvester II. It was later confirmed when the Christian Byzantine emperor, Alexius in the East had written a letter to then Pope Urban II asking for help from the attacking Muslim Turks in the Holy Land.

Shortly thereafter Pope Urban II called for the first “holy war” or Crusade to gain control of the Holy Land.

The First Crusade was known as Gesta Francorum. This was when the Knights Templar were formed and who were originally founded to protect Christian pilgrims to the Holy Land. In 1139 Pope Innocent II placed the Templars directly under papal authority.
