The English word ‘mother’ (mom or momma) was first derived from the Greek ‘mētēr’, whose name was also connected
to the Greek goddess Demeter. She is the mother of the gods.
The meaning of meter is the ‘womb.’ A similar Greek word is ‘metra’ meaning uterus. All our mothers are named after the goddess of the earth because she gives us all life, and from whose dark womb comes the light.
The Latins had called their supreme goddess Magna Mater, which in English is Great Mother. Their word for love and desire is ‘amo.’ A similar word is the the Hebrew word for mother, ima (אמא, pronounced /ˈimä/). Amah is a term for “mother” in several different languages. During the T’ang dynasty in China, the word Amah was used as an informal and poetic title for the Taoist goddess Queen Mother of the West.(wikipedia)
Mother in Old English is mōdor, and in Old Irish all the words Momo, Muhman, Mamman, Nang, and Ama signify mother. The Dutch say moeder, and German Mutter. In France, the French word for “mother” is “mère”, but most French call their mother “maman”.
Most Russians call their mothers mama, but the formal word is Мать ( Maht’). The Russian goddess of the earth is known as Mati-syra-zemla. The Fijian word for mother is nana, and here in America many people call their grandmothers nana.
There you have it. All our mothers are named after the mother of the gods, and the etymology of mother first comes to us from the Greek word meter, which you now know simply means womb.

To truly see the world, we must envision the reality that lies in the light behind the darkness of the veil. Many secrets of our veiled realities remain hidden within our very own
languages, symbols, art and architecture. Almost every religion and secret society in existence today such as the Rosicrucians and Freemasons, have an innermost doctrine of truths which remain hidden from the masses who normally will not take the time to study or research this knowledge.
Albert Pike, former Grand Commander of Scottish Rite and a respected authority on the symbolism of Freemasonry, had said;
“The Blue Degrees are but the outer court or portico of the Temple. Part of the symbols are displayed there to the Initiate, but he is intentionally misled by false interpretations. It is not intended that he shall understand them; but it is intended that he shall imagine he understands them. (more…)

A lover of wisdom is called a philosopher. It is derived from the Ancient Greek φιλόσοφος (philosophos). Philo,
meaning love and sohpos, wisdom.
A philosopher is not just someone who seeks wisdom, but they also search within to innerstand themselves, and also understand the universe, humanity, reality, existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.
They seek to evolve their immortal souls through knowledge of THYSELF, and THYWORLD. To rise to the light of the heavens in illumination above the darkness of the masses in the seas of humanity below. Kings in their own right for they have conquered themselves.

There are many old stories and myths told that relate to the goat, and also goat symbology that has been passed down to us over thousands of years. In Ancient Crete, Greece, and Egypt, the goat received divine honors. The Egyptians rank the goat’ amongst the gods as the Goat of Mendes because as Herodotus had said, both a goat and Pan were called Mendes in the Egyptian language. In Crete and Greece, the he-goat was the God of All Things (GOAT), and in mythology is known as the God Pan. (more…)

“Awake!..May you be alert as a living one, rejuvenated every day, healthy in millions of occasions of god sleep, while the gods protect you, protection being around you
every day.” – Ancient Egyptian Hymn
A sarcophagus is a stone coffin that is often associated with the royalty and El-ite of ancient Egypt, Crete, Greece and Rome. The meaning of the word comes to us from Greek sarkophagos ‘flesh-consuming’, from sarx, sark- ‘flesh’ + -phagos ‘-eating.’
The ancient Egyptians excelled in both the immortal art of embalming and preserving their dead bodies in eternal stone coffins. They believed in the immortality of the soul. As did many cultures all around the world and even to this very day. I believe this art and these religious ceremonies first originated in ancient Egypt and then spread into Crete, Greece, Italy, and then many other places all around the world. Even some of the church fathers and saints were entombed in their own immortal stone coffins. Evidence of these facts can be found in all these exact locations that have been documented by archaeologists over the last few hundred years.
Many of these ancient stone coffins were primarily built out of high alkaline stones such as limestone, marble and granite for two reasons. One being that they would help preserve the body against decay, and also the immortal properties of the stone which if left untouched, can last forever. This decay I speak of is mainly attributed to the flesh consuming worms that eat away the corpse and bones when a human leaves to the nether world. Worms simply do not like limestone and granite. Our ancient ancestors had realized this thousands of years ago, and this is why they had chosen to not only be buried in these type of stone coffins, but they also built many of their ancient structures out of limestone such as the pyramids.
These stone coffins were also normally decorated, and often had hieroglyphs and or texts etched into them which are said to assist the departed spirits in the nether world. In Egypt, you will find on the sides of each sarcophagus that judgment is almost always represented with Osiris as a judge, wrapped in the cerements of a mummy. We can see many of these coffins may also have an image of the deceased when they were living, with a detailed head and pair of eyes painted on the outside of the coffin to possibly enable them to see the outside world or the underworld. The Centaurs (Ken-taurs or Khan-taurs) are known as mythological monster type creatures with the head, arms, and torso
of a human, and the body and legs of a horse or a bull, who are often depicted holding a bow or a harp. The Centaurs were actually known to be a real tribe of people who originally inhabited Arcadia, now known as the island of Crete and also the mountains and forests of Magnesia which is now part of the region of Thessaly, Greece. In the bible they are known as the Nephilim, Anakim race, the Sons of God, and the Israelites who are also connected to both the Tribes of Judah and Benjamin. (more…)
