The Russian Justice Ministry has re-registered the Rodnaya Strana (Native Country) party under the name People’s Alliance. That name had been unsuccessfully registered by the supporters of anti-corruption activist Aleksey Navalny.
Native Country was founded by professional political consultant and the Grand Master of Russia’s Great Masonic Lodge Andrey Bogdanov in June 2012, a month after Russia introduced a law allowing the creation of new political parties.
On November 1 this year Bogdanov announced that he was changing the name of his party to People’s Alliance – despite the fact that the name was already used by supporters of Aleksey Navalny. Back then, Bogdanov told the press that he did not intend to act against Navalny or anybody else, and on the contrary his move helped the popular anti-corruption blogger to get an already registered organization. Navalny’s supporters had failed to register a party in two years of trying.
GNOSTIC WARRIOR MASONIC CONCLUSION –
What is interesting to me, is that I have seen a lot of Masonic type news lately coming out from the press. Definitely more so now, than in the recent past. In addition, the Jesuits have entered the world stage in a big way, in which they control the Vatican press with a member of their own order becoming the current Pope, who is also making headlines of his own almost daily.

For the first time in the history of the Catholic Church, the Vatican announced this past week that they will be placing
the holy remains of St. Peter on display for the world to witness. The bones of St. Peter were first discovered in June of 1968 in a Roman cemetery in the city of the Vatican. He had died 1,950 years ago and was one of the first Christian martyrs.
Before I continue with the details surrounding this most historic event, I would like to provide you some past history with a quote from Ezekiel 37:1-14, that appears to mention these days. It is known as “The Valley of Dry Bones.”
Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’ 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel.
I believe this event is significant due to the fact that there are signs in the bible, such as the one I quoted above that relates to the land of Israel and the bones. St Peter had said when speaking to the Jews; “the times of refreshing shall come, as in that these dry bones represented the whole house of Israel, and that as the dry bones were made to live, so the time shall come when dispersed Judah and outcast Israel shall be converted to God and live. This is the time of which St Peter speaks of; “the time of reanimation, or the refreshing, and the Times of the Restitution of all Things, (A8s iii. 21.).” This is connected to the prophecy with the second advent of Christ where it is written; “there shall come out of Zion the deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.”
DETAILS ABOUT THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF ST. PETER’S BONES
The bones of St. Peter will go on display November 24th. They will be displayed in St Peter’s Square at a Mass celebrated by Pope Francis to conclude the Year of Faith.
Last week, Archbishop Rino Fisichella, president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting New Evangelization; wrote that the Catholic faithful making a pilgrimage to St. Peter’s tomb to mark the end of the Year of Faith will enjoy “the exposition … of the relics traditionally recognized as those of the apostle who gave his life for the Lord on this spot.”
According to the Guardian, Fisichella said the decision to display the relics was not to spark debate over their authenticity.
He said the bones hold “symbolic” and “underlying theological value” despite what any scientific tests may show.
“For the first time, the relics of the apostle will be displayed for the veneration of believers.(1)
RELATED HISTORY AND CURRENT WORLD WIDE EVENTS
These announcements fall close to the day of dedication for the churches of SS Peter and Paul at Rome which was on November 18th. It took over 100 years to build St. Peter’s Basilica and was consecrated on November 18, 1626 by Pope Urban VIII. It is the largest Catholic Church in the world, holding over 60,000 people.
The First St. Peter’s had been erected by Constantine in about 315 c.e. to honor the bones of Peter. On November 18, 326, the church was consecrated by Pope St. Sylvester in presence of the Emperor Constantine and Court on November 18, 324.(2)
The date that they will display the bones is the 24th of November, which has a connecting thread to history with the year 380 A.D. when Roman Emperor Theodosius I had made his adventus, or formal entry into Constantinople. The adventus was a military ceremony in ancient Rome, in which an emperor was formally welcomed into a city, either during a progress or after a military campaign, often (but not always) Rome. Theodosius I (Latin: Flavius Theodosius Augustus;11 January 347 – 17 January 395), also known as Theodosius the Great, was Roman Emperor from 379 to 395. Theodosius was the last emperor to rule over both the eastern and the western halves of the Roman Empire. (Wikipedia)
His social transformation was a pivotal, if under-recognized, milestone in European history, it parted with the Roman slavery and inaugurated a feudal society.
In addition, these connections in time with the beginning of Roman dominion and a feudal society, we have matching dates with biblical passages that refer to the Son of man; these bones are the people of Israel coupled with the Vatican’s announcement on St. Peter. Last but not least, there is also next week’s historic summit between Pope Francis and Russian President Vladmir Putin. An event, that is marked as the most important meeting between Rome and Russia in a quarter of a century.

Rome, Italy, Nov 11, 2013 / 03:48 pm (CNA).- Pope Francis will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Nov. 25 at the Vatican, according to the director of the Holy See’s Press Office, Father Federico Lombardi.
On the following day, the Pontiff will meet with the President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano.
The first meeting between Pope Francis and the Russian president comes after the Holy Father sent Putin a letter on Sept. 5, at the opening of the G-20 summit, calling on the group’s leaders to set aside the “useless” search for a military solution to the conflict in Syria and to pursue a peaceful resolution through dialogue and negotiation.
In February 2011, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev had a half hour meeting with Benedict XVI at the Vatican, which was two years after Russia had established full diplomatic relations with the Holy See in 2009, and just this year in May, Russia had appointed an ambassador to the Holy See.
ST PETER IN THE CHURCH 
The English Peter is derived from the Latin “petra”, from the Greek word πέτρος (petros) meaning “stone” and also Father. Peter is the Rock, which the Catholic Church was built. This is confirmed by Jesus Christ who had said; ‘Thou art Peter (Petros), and upon this Rock (Petra) will I build my Church.’ Saint Peter would be the Father of the Catholic Church via the New Testament, and his predecessor was King David; the Father of the Old Testament. These facts are described by Saint Bede who had written;
‘Thou art Peter, and upon this Rock from which thou didst receive thy name, that is, upon Me Myself, I will build My Church. Upon this perfection of faith which thou didst confess I will build My Church, and if anyone turns aside from the society of this confession, even though it may seem to him that he does great things, he will not belong to the building which is My Church,;: [“Homily I.165, Aftr Epiphany,” Homilies on the Gospels,Bk. As I mentioned above, St Peter when speaking to the Jews had said, “the times of refreshing shall come”. “The time of reanimation, or refreshing,” which is connected in prophecy with the second advent of Christ,’ as it is written; “There shall come out of Zion the deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.”
It is in Ezekiel 37:1-14, the prophet is shown “The Valley of Dry Bones;”
The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3 He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”
I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”
Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”
So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.
Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.
Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. Welcome to your new DNA reality; where the blood that runs through your veins, may be the precursor or main indicator of a 
crime being perpetrated. DNA that may also be used to forecast future crimes and disobedience to the state.
It sounds like a scene from the Matrix or Hunger Games, but this my friends is no Hollywierd movie, but our actual Apocalyptic DNA reality. A bloody mess, that is about to hit many asleep Americans right across their ignorant faces.
For example; take this story that had just been reported in Russia Today, that reports how Texas drivers were pulled over by Texas State Troopers working in conjunction with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and were asked to give DNA samples, which many people had complied with their requests.
The RT reports;
Dozens of Texas drivers have been stopped at a police road block, where they were then directed into a parking lot and forced into surrendering blood, saliva and breath samples in a study that has upset civil liberties advocates.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration admitted it was attempting to conduct a government study meant to determine the number of drunk or drug-impaired drivers on the road at any given time.
“It just doesn’t seem right that you can be forced off the road when you’re not doing anything wrong,” Kim Cope, who said she was forced to the side of the road while making her way to lunch, told NBCDFW.com. “I gestured to the guy in front that I just wanted to go straight, but he wouldn’t let me and forced me into the parking spot.”
Is this legal? Can the police randomly stop you and ask for your DNA? Not according to civil liberties attorney Frank Colosi;
“You can’t just be pulled over randomly or for no reason,” he said. “They’re essentially lying to you when they say it’s completely voluntary, because they’re testing you at that moment.”
Does our government appear to be pushing forward a new DNA policing agenda, where laws may easily be superseded by asking gullible people for simple permission to test their blood? Permission given by people, who essentially by their ignorance to the laws, comply with government authorities when they are simply asked to do so. All because they have been trained to “respect my authority” as Cartman from South Park would comically say.
It looks like that in the near future, blood checkpoints such as this one in Texas may be much more common occurrence. They will test your blood in order to compare your DNA with unsolved crimes. Test for drug use and also store it in a “world wide DNA database” for future blood type implications that most likely will be used against you in the event of a crime, or an Apocalypse end time scenario.

It is nothing but fire, worms, howling, groaning, moaning, and there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Yeah, it’s like that
folks and some of you corrupt souls out there better get a spiritual clue or you will also suffer the same mortal fate.
The newly elected Pope Francis seems to stigmatize these Revelation facts just about every week with statements and press releases coming out of the Vatican such as the one by the Pope this past week that truly wreaks of Apocalyptic over tones. Pope Francis had said in a homily last week;
The Pope described people engaged in corruption as “whitewashed tombs”, explaining that “they appear beautiful from the outside, but inside they are full of dead bones and putrefaction”. A life based on corruption was “varnished putrefaction”, the Pope said.
When the Apocalypse of St. John was written many centuries ago, I do not think John had realized that these events would be televised or “go viral” on Minerva’s web. A global Apocalyptic event that seems to be playing out right before our very eyes in a world where the man with one eye is king and those with two eyes are not only blind, they are literal walking obese zombies with rotting carcasses of flesh being eaten by worms as they feed the very beast that is killing them.
It was written that these days we are seeing now would occur and I personally do not think there has been a time in history that can almost perfectly match up to the predictions of John as they are today. A prediction that seems to be coming true with every passing day of darkness as the veil is lifted revealing the truth and light.
WHAT IS VARNISHED PUTREFACTION?

Definition of Putrefaction
is one of seven stages in the decomposition of the body of a dead animal. It can be viewed, in broad terms, as the decomposition of proteins in a process that results in the eventual breakdown of cohesion between tissues and the liquefaction of most organs.
In terms of thermodynamics, all organic tissue is a stored source of chemical energy and when not maintained by the constant biochemical efforts of the living organism it will break down into simpler products. The breakdown of proteins in a decomposing carcass is a spontaneous process but one that is accelerated as the anaerobic microorganisms, already present in the animal’s digestive tract when it was alive, consume and digest the proteins that comprise the creature’s cells. As cells and their proteins are digested, the tissues of the body are left in a weakened state. Proteins are broken down into smaller components and these are excreted by the bacteria.
The excreted components, which include gases and amines such as putrescine and cadaverine, carry the putrid odor associated with a decomposing body. The gases are initially constrained within the body cavities but diffuse through adjacent tissues and into the circulatory system. Once in the blood vessels, the gases can then spread to other parts of the body. The result is visible bloating of the torso and then limbs. The increased internal pressure due to the rising volume of gas also helps to weaken and separate tissues. At some point, some part of the body will rupture, releasing the gas. As the bacteria consume all available proteins, the process of decomposition progresses into the next stage: skeletonization. (Wikipedia)
APOCALYPTIC CONCLUSION
When Pope Francis speaks of putrefaction, his statements are as true as the sun shinning in the heavens or the full moon lighting the dark night sky. It’s like that, and when he says the devil is like a lion circling his prey, he is not talking about Simba in the movie the Lion King, but the symbol of the lion that belongs to a specific tribe who is also spoken about in the Apocalypse of St. John such as in the second vision where he sees the four apocalyptic living beings, the lion, the bull, the eagle, and Man, surrounding a throne where sits the spirit of God.
It’s as if we are living in the days after the Crucifixion of Jesus to the time of St. Francis of Assisi who had tattoos placed on his very skin to signify Christ’s wounds corresponding to those left on Jesus’ body after he was crucified. Marks called the ‘stigmata.’ Tattoos that remind you not to live like a beast of the earth, and be more like Jesus so your flesh isn’t eaten by worms or your blood turned to a poisonous gas as your organs liquify to a state of varnished putrefaction.

As we Gnostic Warriors approach this All Hallows’ Eve, that 
today we call Halloween; we must never lose sight of the fact that knowledge and Gnosis is the true sweet candy we crave. It is that poisonous carmel covered candied apple that may have a worm or two inside of it, that we have to watch out for. In fact, these worms are not just something in an apple or piece of fruit; our bodies are literally their homes. Our flesh is what these worms feast on as they lay eggs in the crevices of our organs, while their feces and rotting corpses decay all over our own bodies; leaving nothing but a tattered wasteland of dead human flesh behind.
I know it sounds like a scene from a not so scary Halloween movie, with dudes dressed up as killer worms with big teeth who terrorize a small town as they eat cute little girls and boys who play trick or treat at their door. But the reality is, this ain’t a Big Hollywood horror film, these worms are real folks and they kill people like you and me every single day in many more ways than one. In fact, they have been killing humans for thousands of years.
The human body is infested with various kinds of worms. The main demon worm that wreaks havoc inside our blood and organs would be the ascarides, or small white worm which is very common and may infect 25% of world population. It is 12-40 cm long and transmitted via stools of infected people, via dirty hands, unwashed fruit or vegetables. Eggs can live in soil for years. They live in the small intestine but can crawl around (e.g. coming out of the nose or climbing up a tear duct). Large numbers of worms can tie in knots and block the intestines. They absorb nutrients, leading to vitamin deficiency. Other demon worms are the teres, or round worm, and the taenia, or tape worm, which is flat, and the demodex which is a small spider like worm with teeth that lives on top our skin and burrows in our pores. Some of us have more than others and some of us less. But the facts are, much of the ailments that infect us humans, come from these worms from hell that eat us alive and from their rotting feces and carcasses where many diseases will originate and even death as told in this 19th century medical journal;
an Italian, who, when young, was infested with these worms, as are almost all the people in his neighbourhood, the sides of the magnificent Lake of Como. He told me he had discharged as many as thirty at a time; and that two of his brothers died of their numbers. The ascaris or oxyure also prevails there. He had lived some time in England, perfectly free from them, but three years ago, discharged immense quantities of fragments of taenia; without being at all indisposed. He went home last summer for a few months, and had not been long returned to England before symptoms of worms appeared; by means of oil of turpentine I liberated him from these twelve large lumbrici, and he instantly regained his health. I should suppose that these must have been introduced from without.(1)
There have been hundreds, if not thousand of cases of worm infestations reported over the last couple thousand years. They have even been found in the intestines of the human embryo.(1) Some people who have died of these worm infestations have complained of a sensation in the heart and stomach as if it were gnawed from the inside by dogs. Others, simply have severe stomach and abdominal pains for years until they eventually die from the petrifying puss filled ulcers that are left behind by these worms rotting carcasses. A young boy in France who died in the early 19th century of a fever was found to have fifty to sixty worms in his small intestines. Doctors tell of patients who have escaped death from extreme purging and fasting; they had given reports of the vomit and them within their stools, with up to a 1/4 pint of live and dead worms that they had purged from their bowels. In one medical journal I found, it was reported in the second volume of the Medico-Chirurgical Transactions, a person who discharged between 800 and 1000 of these worms in the course of the year. This all makes perfect hellish sense, since some of these worms not only live, but breed deep within the dark moist confines of the human bowels and organs.
Here is some great information on these worms and how they cause various diseases.
It was formerly contended by some eminent physicians, and latterly by Dr. Rush and others of our own country, that the presence of worms in the bowels, is by no means injurious to health. Some, indeed, have gone so far as to say, that they are of decided benefit, by acting the part of Scavengers; removing all foul and indigestible matters that may be lodged in the alimentary canal. Unfortunately for this theory, not a single fact could be adduced in its support, and it has consequently sunk into its merited oblivion. On the contrary, it is well established, that worms are the fruitful source of many and very serious diseases. Indeed there is scarcely a complaint which afflicts infancy and childhood, that may not be produced, or highly aggravated, by the presence of these animals in the bowels!” Cases are recorded,” says Dr. Chapman* “of their producing epilepsy, chorea, (St. Vitus” dance,~) tetanus, (locked jaw,,) apoplexy, mania, hydrocephalus, (dropsy in the head,) ophthalmia, (inflammation of tlie eyes,) perverted vision, paralysis, especially of the muscles subservient to speech, syncope, (fainting^) palpitation of the heart, hiccup, dry cough, pleuritic pains, consumption, croup, rheumatic pains of the joints, dysentery, convulsions, dfc. ‘§-c. To these may be added a peculiar fever, termed verminosa febris. This disease presents so many of the appearances of dropsy in the head, that it may be easily mistaken for that disease.
Considering then worms as a cause, and a very serious cause of disease, we shall proceed to point out the different varieties of these animals, and endeavour to present some facts, which may prove useful in dislodging them from the bowels.

Most people do not even know these worm facts, but they have been known to the Ancients for thousands of years. The bible relates a story of worms in the 1st century AD of Herod the Great who was literally eaten alive by worms. In Acts 12:23 via the King James Bible is written – “And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.” Church Father, Saint Bede had written about Herod, “In the forty-seventh year of the reign of the emperor Augustus, Herod was attacked by dropsy; and his whole body being swarming with worms, he died in wretched, but not unmerited torments.” Josephus’ further describes Herod’s hellish type symptoms, which included his genital area becoming so severely infested that it bred worms.
Beza’s most ancient copy adds, “while he was alive”; Josephus only makes mention of pains in his belly, but these were occasioned by the gnawing of the worms: this was accounted by the Jews a very accursed death; they say (u), that the spies which brought an ill report on the good land, died this death: their account is this, that “their tongues swelled and fell upon their navels, and worms came out of their tongues and went into their navels, and out of their navels they went into their tongues,”of this death died many tyrants, oppressors, and persecutors! as Antiochus, “So that the worms rose up out of the body of this wicked man, and whiles he lived in sorrow and pain, his flesh fell away, and the filthiness of his smell was noisome to all his army.” (2 Maccabees 9:9)
and Herod the great, the grandfather of this, according to Josephus (w); and Maximianus Galerius, according to Eusebius (x), and many others:and gave up the ghost: not directly, but five days after, as Josephus relates, in the fifty fourth year of his age, and when he had reigned seven years; but before he died, and as soon as he was smitten, he turned to his friends and said, I your God am obliged to depart this life, and now fate reproves the lying words you have just now spoke of me; and I who was called immortal by you, am led away to die, with more, as related by Josephus:
by such a token as this, a man was discovered to be a murderer with the Jews; for so they say (y), that”out of the beheaded heifer went a vast number of worms, and went to the place where the murderer was, and ascended upon him, and then the sanhedrim laid hold on him and condemned him.” (s) Ib. l. 18. c. 7. sect. 7. As I mentioned above, most people are unaware of these worm facts, but if you read my blog, you now have this knowledge that you can use as a tool to educate yourself. A tool, that now may be able to bring you better health, a better life, and quite possible, a heavenly body without these hellish worms taking over your temple. Hence, a true Gnostic “Worm-Free” Warrior 😉 !

On July 11, 2013; Pope Francis had issued one of the most important Apostolic Letters of our time on the jurisdiction of 
Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State in Criminal Matters. This letter was addressed to all the public officials of the Roman Curia around the world, and not just those who reside in the Vatican City State. Pope Francis had ended the letter with, “I establish that this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio will be promulgated by its publication in L’Osservatore Romano, entering into force on 1 September 2013.”
What this basically means, is that all public officials that are under Roman Curia rule of law will have to comply with this letter. Hence, they will have to simply resign or be fired by the date of September 1st, or they may face international criminal prosecution.
Shortly before and after this letter was released, news about an unprecedented amount of resignations, firings and early retirements in the United States, from some of the most powerful positions in government had started to hit the media like no other time in recent history. The conspiracy news blogs and Youtube videos were the first to start making allegations, that this letter from the Pope and these events in the US are connected.
“Could all these various resignations and firings indicate that the US is under Roman Curia Law, or are these mass resignations and firings just a peculiar coincidence?
Here is a small list of “some of these US public officials” who have resigned, or have been fired around or since the time of this letter on July 11, 2013; (Disclaimer – This list does NOT indicate guilt, but just facts that coincide with Pope’s letter.)
- On the same day of the letter from the Pope dated July 11, 2013, the Federal Reserve Governor, the New York Times announced that Elizabeth Duke would step down effective September 1, 2013.
- News on July 12, 2013 stated that Janet Napolitano, head of Homeland Security will resign effective September 1, 2013.
- Since July 2013, nine senior commanding generals have been fired by Obama, such as the two-star general overseeing the U.S. arsenal of intercontinental missiles that was fired on October 11, 2013

WHERE DOES THE POPE GET HIS LEGAL AUTHORITY OVER THE PUBLIC OFFICIALS OF THE WORLD?
The Pope governs the Catholic Church through the Roman Curia. The Roman Curia consists of a complex of offices that administer church affairs at the highest level, including the Secretariat of State, nine Congregations, three Tribunals, eleven Pontifical Councils, and seven Pontifical Commissions.
Curia in medieval and later Latin usage means “court” in the sense of “royal court” rather than “court of law”. The Roman Curia, then, sometimes anglicized as the Court of Rome, as in the 1534 Act of Parliament that forbade appeals to it from England, is the Papal Court, and assists the Pope in carrying out his functions.(Wikipedia)
The first high priest of this Age and the first official Roman Pontifex Maximus, or who we would today call the first official Pope of this age, was Augustus Caesar. It was King Lucius who clearly had said, “superior papal authority and dominion is derived from the law of the Caesars.” From the reign of Augustus, all laws made by the Roman Curia at the time ,and all subsequent laws would be incorporated into not only the decisions of the church, but also the countries in which their Catholic Kings and bishops had ruled. Today it is no different from what it was in the time of Augustus; the Pope rules from the top down, and when an edict on law and criminal matters is issued from the Pontifex Maximus, you better believe that all the various entities under the rule of Church will have to simply comply or face criminal prosecution.

OF THE SUPREME PONTIFF FRANCIS
ON THE JURISDICTION OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES OF VATICAN CITY STATE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS
In our times, the common good is increasingly threatened by transnational organized crime, the improper use of the markets and of the economy, as well as by terrorism.
It is therefore necessary for the international community to adopt adequate legal instruments to prevent and counter criminal activities, by promoting international judicial cooperation on criminal matters.
In ratifying numerous international conventions in these areas, and acting also on behalf of Vatican City State, the Holy See has constantly maintained that such agreements are effective means to prevent criminal activities that threaten human dignity, the common good and peace.
With a view to renewing the Apostolic See’s commitment to cooperate to these ends, by means of this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio, I establish that:
1. The competent Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State shall also exercise penal jurisdiction over:
a) crimes committed against the security, the fundamental interests or the patrimony of the Holy See;
b) crimes referred to:
– in Vatican City State Law No. VIII, of 11 July 2013, containing Supplementary Norms on Criminal Law Matters;
– in Vatican City State Law No. IX, of 11 July 2013, containing Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code;
when such crimes are committed by the persons referred to in paragraph 3 below, in the exercise of their functions;
c) any other crime whose prosecution is required by an international agreement ratified by the Holy See, if the perpetrator is physically present in the territory of Vatican City State and has not been extradited.
2. The crimes referred to in paragraph 1 are to be judged pursuant to the criminal law in force in Vatican City State at the time of their commission, without prejudice to the general principles of the legal system on the temporal application of criminal laws.
3. For the purposes of Vatican criminal law, the following persons are deemed “public officials”:
a) members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and of the Institutions connected to it.
b) papal legates and diplomatic personnel of the Holy See.
c) those persons who serve as representatives, managers or directors, as well as persons who even de facto manage or exercise control over the entities directly dependent on the Holy See and listed in the registry of canonical juridical persons kept by the Governorate of Vatican City State;
d) any other person holding an administrative or judicial mandate in the Holy See, permanent or temporary, paid or unpaid, irrespective of that person’s seniority.
4. The jurisdiction referred to in paragraph 1 comprises also the administrative liability of juridical persons arising from crimes, as regulated by Vatican City State laws.
5. When the same matters are prosecuted in other States, the provisions in force in Vatican City State on concurrent jurisdiction shall apply.
6. The content of article 23 of Law No. CXIX of 21 November 1987, which approves the Judicial Order of Vatican City State remains in force.
This I decide and establish, anything to the contrary notwithstanding.
I establish that this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio will be promulgated by its publication in L’Osservatore Romano, entering into force on 1 September 2013.
