In Ancient Greece and Greco-Egypt, the God Pan had signified “all things.” The meaning of the name of Pan, is an old

In this quote below, Swiss Gnostic, Cal Jung talks about how the problem of squaring the circle represents unity represented by a circle
and the four elements by a square. The goal of the Gnostic through alchemy is to become the “One” by means of distillations so that the “soul” or “spirit” shall be extracted in its purest state.
This is the path of the Great Work. The key to the philosopher’s stone.
