The Sleepers: The Slow and Desynchronized Brainwaves of the Mentally Ill

The Sleepers: The Slow and Desynchronized Brainwaves of the Mentally Ill

“Many people’s brains who suffer from mental disorders are technically asleep by medical standards even though they may appear to be fully awake. They are the sleepers who think they are woke but are more often than not, mentally broke.”

Several studies over the last couple of decades have shown that patients with mental illnesses such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia have markedly reduced (weaker/slower) brainwave frequencies.

This is called abnormal slow wave activity (ASWA) and their neural cells are said to have become imbalanced or desynchronized.

Weaker brainwave activity has also been attributed to a ‘dysfunctional state’ of the generating neuronal tissue due to changes in metabolism and blood flow or because of ‘deafferentation’ of neural networks that have been severed from major input sources.

For example, this is supposed to happen only during sleep when there is a remarkable decline of about 75% in the cerebral metabolic rate and cerebral blood flow of the average wakefulness level. The regions of the brain that are most active when awake have the highest levels of delta waves during slow-wave sleep.

It is important that you understand this process that is assisted autonomously by our circadian rhythm. When these rhythms become abnormal or inversed, the normal sleep/wake cycles are not only interrupted, they become corrupted by external and/or internal stimuli.

Cerebral blood flow (CBF) is the volume of blood in brain tissue that is primarily determined by the autoregulation processes of the cells and plays an important role in the preservation of cognitive function.

Meaning, maintaining the proper blood flow to your brain is imperative in being able to use it most effectively and intelligently.

It is as if the stimuli in question seeks to control our bodies and minds at the cell level so the threat is undetected. By doing so, it subverts and highjacks our bodies and minds via the blood to alter our immune system and regulatory processes to carry out its mission – complete control of its host.

Less blood flow to the brain has been proven to cause not only health issues like headaches, nausea,  but also severe mental disabilities. For example, studies have shown that altered cerebral blood flow (CBF) is found in people at risk for psychosis, and chronic schizophrenia (SCZ).

So how does blood flow to and from the brain?

Contained within our blood and cells are microscopic oscillators that reflect changes and autoregulation in arterial pressure. With the assistance of these oscillators, blood flows to the active areas of our brains as our neurons fire with the oxygen and glucose they need for energy.

This energy is measured via brainwaves with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to determine which brain areas are active or inactive and which areas are responding to different stimuli.

Intelligence and mental illness can be measured with the same brainwaves by a special machine called an electroencephalogram (EEG) starting at the low delta (<4 Hz), theta (4–8 Hz), alpha (8–12 Hz), and higher frequencies such as beta (12-30 Hz), gamma (30–80 Hz), and high gamma (>80 Hz).

Delta and theta activity in the waking state has mainly been studied in people with neurological disorders, but abnormal slow brain waves are found in many developmental and degenerative disorders, and also in several other neurological conditions.

This slow wave transient activity correlated with a clinical history of loss of consciousness.

Slow wave activity is composed of both large amplitude and low frequency activity in the delta (0.5–4 Hz) or theta (4–7 Hz) frequency bands is normally only seen in people while they are sleeping, but it is also observed in people with mental illness.

Meaning people’s brains who suffer from mental diseases and disorders are technically asleep by medical standards even though they may appear to be fully awake.

This raises a damn good question;

“If a person who is mentally ill is not technically awake, then who and what is operating their brain during normal or abnormal day to day activities?”

Then we have the issue of dysynchronized neural oscillations which also appears to be the result of  abnormal functional connectivity within the brain caused by stimuli.

It is as if certain parts of our neurons and brain that process information get turned off and then become broken by design or for transgressing against certain natural laws.

I contend that this is akin to how a virus enters a computer that will still operate and turn on, but with reduced capacity and operating problems. It still looks like the same computer on the outside, but inside, the virus now controls its mechanisms of input and output.

For humans, I contend that this same insidious process found in computers is exactly what happens when we are taken over by stimuli, which I believe to be fungi/molds

My theory is that altered blood flow, slow brain wave activity and dysynchronization is caused by this “internal and external stimuli” AKA Demonic Fungi that seeks to mind control its host regardless of whether its human, animal, mammal or insect.

Just like fungi can mind control insects and animals, I believe it does the same to humans so it can infect, control, and guide to do its bidding. These people tend to me the morally and ethically weak, and the physically and mentally ill or their offspring. After all it is in the blood, i.e., the sins of the Father.

As if within our genetic code is a microscopic autonomous kill switch.

If we transgress against the ancient natural laws of being human, we are immediately sought out to be destroyed by these secret stimuli (fungi) that control the earth (biomagnetic sphere).

Neuronal synchronization is defined as the correlated appearance in time of two or more events associated with various aspects of neuronal activity at different levels, from a single cell to the whole brain.

“Synchronization is thought to be important for information processing.”

Information processing theory is an approach to cognitive development studies that aims to explain how information is encoded into memory. It is based on the idea that humans do not merely respond to stimuli from the environment. Instead, humans process the information they receive.

Neural desynchronization is a process inverse to synchronization, where initially synchronized oscillating neurons become desynchronized.

As I had mentioned, people with mental illness exhibit abnormal slow wave activity (ASWA) and desynchronization, but also an overabundance of high frequency Beta waves on the right side of the brain.

This excess Beta wave acivity can create the tendency for anxiety, up to and including panic attacks in severe cases.

Low blood flow and slow brainwaves while we are awake that are normally observed during sleep lead to desynchronization of the oscillatory energy within our cells and neurons.

This causes the circadian rhythm which can alter sleep/wake cycles causing insomnia, persistent fatigue, sleep medication dependence, and mood disturbances, including anxiety and depression.

The entire circulatory, immune system, and neural systems have been perverted and subjugated.

This is the complete inversion of the human who are now part of the masses known as –

The Sleepers…

Neural Oscillations: The Secrets of Consciousness and Magnetism

Neural Oscillations: The Secrets of Consciousness and Magnetism

Within our cells, a secret process that we are unconscious of takes place that helps us decipher, react, and live within the world.

This autonomous biological mechanism allows humans the ability to respond or attune to any energy frequencies in their environment.

When we examine these frequencies that have built our world and bodies made of millions of cells and neurons, we find that they are created by what are called “oscillators.”

The verb oscillate means to move back and forth with its common synonyms being to fluctuate, sway, swing, undulate, vibrate, and waver.

When a wave propagates through a medium, the particles of the medium start vibrating, and this vibration is known as an oscillation.

If this vibration follows a certain direction then this oscillation is known as a wave.

All biological, mechanical, and/or electronic device works on the principles of oscillation, which is a fluctuation between two things based on changes in energy.

For humans, it occurs at the cell level in the form of electrical activity generated in response to stimuli (frequencies/sounds) by neural tissue in the central nervous system.

All the while, most people are completely unaware that these billions of cells are autonomously helping create their own thought processes and affecting thier minds and health.

For something to oscillate, energy needs to move back and forth between two points, forms, or physical entities. For example, with a pendulum, energy moves between potential energy and kinetic energy.

When the pendulum is at one end of its travel, its energy is all potential energy and it is ready to fall.

Everything around and within you operates via oscillators.

You respond and synchronize with them via your own cells, neurons, and brain which also contain oscillators. An example of the function of neural oscillations is the rhythmic activity found in speech and the heartbeat.

The human language, all communication, and music are all based upon the principles of oscillation.

The word frequency just means the number of oscillations per second, and are measured by what are called “hertz.” For example, if an oscillation takes 1.33 seconds to complete one cycle in 1 second is 1/1.33 = 0.752 hertz (Hz).

This autonomous response mechanism occurs at the cell level in the form of frequencies (waves) called “brain (or neural) oscillations”, which refer to the rhythmic and/or repetitive electrical activity generated by any type of stimuli.

The activation, spin, speed, or the inactivation of these neural and brain oscillations are at the core of how the human body and mind operate.

Oscillations that create energy within the cells and mind that I contend helps create consciousness or lack thereof and also the world thinking layer called the Noosphere.

Neural oscillations are a fundamental mechanism that enables the synchronization of neural activity within and across brain regions and promotes the precise temporal coordination of neural processes underlying cognition, memory, perception, and behavior.

This electrical activity creates brainwaves that can be measured by special machines called electroencephalograms (EEG) to identify how or if a person is truly using their brain.

These neural oscillations are typically measured by what are called frequency bands starting at the low delta (<4 Hz), theta (4–8 Hz), alpha (8–12 Hz), and higher frequencies such as beta (12-30 Hz), gamma (30–80 Hz), and high gamma (>80 Hz).

In order for all living organisms to comprehend their environments and to respond to these oscillations and sounds that are often unintelligible to the human ear, our bodies have developed a natural coping mechanism that causes our cells and neurons to “synchronize with our environments” and engage in feedback loops with the stimuli.

As I explain in my essay, Biological Rhythm: The Energetic Dance Between Chaos and Order, biological oscillators in humans interact with the cell cycle and the effects can result in a systematic process of synchronization called entrainment.

Entrainment has been studied in a variety of contexts including music perception, dance, verbal communication and motor coordination more generally. It is defined by a temporal locking process in which one system’s motion or signal frequency entrains the frequency of another system.

Hence, it makes it like itself.

It does this by way of energy/wave frequency (oscillations) down to the cell level to play the same tune.

This helps our neurons to generate autonomous rhythmic patterns of action potentials or spikes that “capture our attention” to help create our thought processes, ideas, and actions that become our being.

This is why it is imperative to be mindful of what you focus your attention upon because the stimuli that you are most exposed to will cause your neurons and brain to synchronize with it.

It is important that you understand that stimuli can be just about anything such as other organisms such as fungi (molds) and bacteria or people, things, music, conversations, etc.

Yes, even fungi have energy frequencies and certain chemical processes that they can use to manipulate their victims.

In fact, I contend we humans mimic these ancient organisms in all we do because they are our ancient ancestors and we are their descendants. A symbiotic relationship and mutual cooperation for eons that I theorize can also become pathological and parasitic if we ” think, operate, and live within the wrong frequency”

If you are not aware of this process or in control of your brain, i.e., you are not really thinking or actively using your brain to process and decode information in your environment, then you can easily become a victim of mind control by other people and I also contend by microscopic organisms such as fungi/molds.

This frequency within humans that is most susceptible to being overtaken or highjacked by another source is when a person’s brain frequency is in delta, theta or alpha mode.

The more powerful frequencies that can manipulate or highjack these humans who live and operate in the beta and alpha by more powerful gamma frequency waves.

Let me please explain…

Our neurons are constantly and autonomously generating millions of action potentials resulting from changes in the electric membrane potentials in our environments.

What this means is that these oscillators respond to stimuli at some times in their cycle and may not respond at others.

Our world is made up of this unseen oscillatory activity that is all around us and within our bodies observed throughout the central nervous system at all levels of organization with three different levels of activity that have been observed:

* the micro-scale (activity of a single neuron)

* the meso-scale (activity of a local group of neurons)

* the macro-scale (activity of different brain regions)

Oscillatory activity in groups of neurons is mainly derived from feedback connections between the neurons that result in the synchronization of their firing patterns.

Out of these millions of interactions, these neurons at various scales will seek common frequencies and patterns in the form of multiple action potentials in sequence forming so-called spike trains.

These spike trains in our environment are the basis of the synchronization of our neurons, which is the basis of neural coding and information transfer in the brain.

They are the oscillatory activity in our neurons that creates an automatic coding within our DNA and brains that become part of our working and longterm memories.

Meaning, at the cell level, spike trains in oscillatory activity are what get “our cell’s attention” to autonomously recognize patterns, such as rhythmic spiking and bursting.

I believe that in a natural world with real-life dangers from loud sounds, animals, pathological microorganisms, and environmental events, these spike trains represented important information that needs to be retained as memory in the brain in order to keep the human species alive.

This research aligns with previous essays on the art of magnetism, which is explained in intrinsic angular momentum or “spin” of electrons, which can have only one of two values; “up or down”.

It is this spin of electrons in the form of neural oscillations that produces an electric field and in doing so, a magnetic field is also produced.

These energy frequencies depending on their power, i.e. delta, theta, alpha, beta or gamma would act like a radio with an antenna, i.e. the brain in our skulls and the second brain in our bowels (gi tracts) that act can receive outside communication signals in the form of energy waves to respond, react, and control various thought processes.

As human cultures and societies have expanded with our new languages, music, machinery, and ways of life, the human species has learned to both adapt and exploit these frequencies often to the detriment of all living organisms and the global environment.

The global environment or world mind, aka the noosphere is defacto unipolar by the nature of people’s thinking or lack therof (automatons) within their minds that creates these different poles of consciousness.

Like radio channels or internet websites, people are magnetized to these poles that best fit their ability to think, reason and cooperate with like people (magnets) who have similar “programed beliefs and quality of their thinking.”

Hence, we can say that neural oscillations are biological magnets that help create the natural order or hierarchy of human society and also how the World Soul or what is called the Noosphere is naturally formed.

This formation is made from the voices and words of the true leaders who have helped shape our world.

Let me remind you that our voice and hearing are measured by hertz so that is why a deep or loud voice is the stimulus that gets our attention.

Hence, the reason most media and radio personalities are praised for their voices or are just loud and brash.

These loud people often get, and command the attention of people who do not operate at the same “hertz range” i.e. they do not truly think much so they are easily magnetized and often mind controlled by whomever they “listen to and watch the most.”

Its the CNN, Fox News, and Trump effect. Group think at the lowest human levels for the most dangerous of our populace thankfully controlled by Deep State.

It’s a dirty job for the black magi but someone has to lead and control this mass of trillions of non-spinning neural cells of mindless automatons before they take us to hell.

The Two Minds of Man: The heart within the chest and one within the stomach

The Two Minds of Man: The heart within the chest and one within the stomach

“You offspring of snakes! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth (stoma | στόμα) speaks.” – Mathew 15:18

In Scripture, humans are described as having two distinctive minds. One center of power came from the “inner man or heart” and the other was the “outer man or flesh.”

Whichever “mind was in control” determined a person’s thoughts, actions, will and destiny which could either lead a person to their heavenly homeland or their own personal hells.

No one is immune from this law.

The inner man was always in battle or in contrast with the outer לבי ובשׂרי ירננו.

My heart and my flesh cry out Psalm 84:3; מעים Psalm 22:15; Jeremiah 4:19, the inner for outer מעים Jeremiah 49:22; as within the breast על לב Exodus 28:3,29,30

Within the heart is the mind and connection to God.

The heart represents the soul, mind, spirit, will, the whole inner man, that which makes him what he is, a conscious, intelligent, responsible being.

This is symbolized by the Catholic devotion called “The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus (LatinCor Jesu Sacratissimum)”, which is seen as a symbol of “God’s boundless and passionate love for mankind”.

In Christian iconography, this is often depicted with Jesus wearing “dual colored clothing”  to represent this duality holding a flaming heart shining with divine light.

The heart is the mind where a good person like Jesus operates biologically and a bad or evil person like Satan, his mind was from his stomach as it is said in Luke 6:45;

“The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth (stoma | στόμα | nom sg neut) speaks.”

The reason these people are called evil is that they are ruled by their flesh (sarka), which has a mind of its own.

It is the mind of the material world within the heart of the earth – the domain ruled by the LORD or whom some might call the Devil.

This is why you will see the Devil and his Demons often depicted in Christain art with faces painted upon their stomachs and buttholes.

The biological domain of the so-called Devil that if we do not keep good care of often causes good people to become bad and some evil.

When someone operates from their stomach (stomata), their essentially talking out their ass, which has now become their face.

Yeah, it is like that…

To operate from the heart within the inner man was to be wholehearted and perform tasks wholeheartedly. These were the true men of “courage” and are called “men of the heart.”

The Lord is said to speak “in his heart” (Genesis 8:21); that men “know in their own heart” (Deuteronomy 8:5); that “no one considereth in his heart’ (Isaiah 44:19 the King James Version). “Heart” is this connection to the “mind,” as in Numbers 16:28 (“of mine own mind,” Vulgate (Jerome’s Latin Bible, 390-405 A.D.) ex proprio corde, Septuagint ap’ emautou). The “heart” also seems to represent “conscience,” for which there is no word in Hebrew, as in Job 27:6,

The foolish “is void of understanding,” i.e. “heart” (Proverbs 6:32, where the Septuagint renders phrenon, Vulgate (Jerome’s Latin Bible, 390-405 A.D.) cordis, Luther “der ist ein Narr”).

God is represented as “searching the heart” and “trying the reins” (Jeremiah 17:10 the King James Version).

By doing so, you were conscientious, and considerate and had the courage to act encouragingly for the fainthearted who were controlled by the heart of the earth and as a result, they were the timid and weak people controlled by their flesh.

“And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will destroy with the breath of his mouth (stomatos | στόματος | gen sg neut), and bring to an end with the splendor of his coming.” – Thessalonians 2:8

In contrast, the heart of the earth was connected to the flesh and stomach as told in the story of Jonah being in the “belly of a whale,” like we see in Matthew 12:40:

“For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.”

Why are people stuck in some belly and connected to the heart of the earth (biomagneticsphere)?

We read in Matthew 26:41, “Stay alert and pray lest you enter a time of trial. The spirit indeed is willing but the flesh (sarx) is weak.”

The flesh is called sarka, which the scripture informs us that it is related to the human body, 2 Cor. 7:5; flesh, human nature, human frame, Jn. 1:13, 14; 1 Pet. 4:1; 1 and 1 Cor. 5:5; 7:28; materiality, material circumstance, as opposed to the spiritual, Phil. 3:3, 4.

As Romans 8:7 says, “because the mind set on the flesh (sarkos) is hostile to God; it does not submit to the law of God; in fact, it cannot and in Romans 8:8;

“Those controlled by the flesh (sarki) cannot please God.”

These people seem to have a supernatural or medical condition that causes them to be unable to be spiritual or connect with God.

As if their minds and bodies through the flesh are governed by another entity or force that naturally precludes them being able to understand and participate in all that is good.

Scientifically, I contend that they are akin to automatons whose commands are being programed via their second brains in their stomachs i.e., gastrointestinal tracts.

These people who are unconscious to thier own realities then go on to commit various moral and legal crimes, which Paul calls the ‘works of the sarkos’.

“Now the works of the sarkos are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” (Gal 5:19-21)

The reason that people do not obey God and they are ruled by a different force than God is because they have what the Bible calls defiled.

So “what defiles a man?”

We discover that his thoughts are what defile him.

This makes perfect sense because thoughts provide us with the guiding principles in life, which give us direction and meaning in life.

Our beliefs originate from the information we are given from others since we were children to adulthood. These sources include our parents, religion, the media, the government and other people.

Once you understand this simple concept, you then can witness how our whole culture is based on the “works of sarka” .

“Do you not yet realize that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then is eliminated? But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things defile a man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, and slander.” – (Matthew 15:18)

“But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the proclamation might be fulfilled, namely, all the Gentiles might hear, and I was rescued from the mouth (stomatos | στόματος | gen sg neut) of a lion.” – 2 Timothy 4:17

We know in Scripture that the symbol of the lion is directly connected to the Devil and to avoid “being eaten,” we must remain both “sober and vigilant” and we must “resist him.”

As it is said in Peter 5:8-9:

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.”

This Devil I contend works through the stomachs of each and every man, woman and child on earth. No one is immune from this natural law.

The key is knowing the secrets of the Devil and good and evil, which are biological processes that can be controlled by other people if you do not control them your self.

To do so, we all must remain sober.

This means we must refrain from the use of addictive substances such as sugar, alcohol or taking pharmaceutical and intoxicating drugs.

We must also remain vigilant to resist these devilish urges and when they depart, we do not let our guards down because these addictive substances and things in our culture that cause us to slip up i.e.: sin can come back into our lives at anytime for we learn in Luke 4:13:

“Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time.”

It is important that we all know that these ancient teachings have been purposely kept secret by the Roman Catholic Church and government in order to control and conquer the world. Today, we are in year 2022 of this plan that is soon one day going to end.

It has to because these ancient impulses that arise in our stomachs are not only pulling the levers of billions of brains, but entire nations with the risk of the entire world being brought down to the depths of hell.

“So that what was spoken by the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, “I will open my mouth (stoma | στόμα) in parables; I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.” – Mathew 13:35

And Jesus proclaimed:

“By the brightness of this light, peoples and nations will be illumined, and they will be warmed by its ardour.”

Battle for the Neurosphere: How the human mind can be highjacked via neurotransmission

Battle for the Neurosphere: How the human mind can be highjacked via neurotransmission

In my search to discover the biological and environmental mechanisms that create the conditions for good and evil behaviors, I have turned my attention to the stomach (gut, gastrointestinal tract g.i.) and brain as being the root cause.

This research has led me to a simple conclusion that is easier said than done.

Control your gut and you will control your mind and life. It is really that simple.

But if you don’t have the knowledge and the discipline, then I contend that you truly do not control your mind, body, and life.

The reason being is that there is an ancient code inserted within our DNA that can take over biological processes and even commandeer our brains if we transgress against these natural laws of being human.

As I explained in a previous article, if you become unhealthy through diet, drugs, alcohol and bad choices, you can become a programmable automaton (android).

A person who the ancient Phoenicians would call behemah (behemoth) and the Ancient Greeks, thēriou.

Words that mean “ignorant, stupid, or human beast.”

In Hebrew, behamah i.e., a stupid person would be considered to be under the psychological sway of a mysterious land animal called the “Bĕhēmôt (Behemoth) which controls all land animals.

This Biblical creature I have connected to the earth’s biosphere in which I believe fungi/molds that are inherent in all matter and in our very own DNA are its defacto military order in helping manage the earth and all living things.

I believe would deal with our second brains being the microbiome/fungi in our gi tracts being connected to what is the “hive mind or earth noos” of the fungi which control the earth’s biosphere through all living entities.

It is this second brain that I contend if people lose control and become sick, it causes people to act beast-like if they follow their carnal/fleshly desires and appetites.

As it related to animals and humans, I believe these fungi communicate and carry out special ops missions within the human genome to manage, regulate and if needed, punish and eat the human species for transgressing against these ancient laws.

Laws that I believe have been passed down to us through the prophets of religion such as the 10 commandments and the Christian concepts of the 7 deadly sins and treating people how you want to be treated and Brotherly love.

Traditions of how to be civil and healthy humans.

The difficult part is implementing and maintaining this control because we live in a culture that seems to be designed to trick you into becoming a beast.

Bad ideas + bad food + bad drugs = Sick People

Sick people who become automaton slaves to their own appetites are easily manipulated and controlled.

People who I believe are controlled by a parasitic fungal contagion in their stomachs that if allowed to get out of control by continued unhealthy behaviors will be hell bent on destruction as a result.

Philp K. Dick called these people androids who he said were manufactured beings almost identical to real human beings. An imitation, a copy of an original. And he must be treated as such.

You will know them by their poisonous behaviors and fruits because they often have inflated egos that are 100% unwarranted and are inauthentic who copy (imitate) other people as they ignorantly think they are like Gods and one of a kind.

Many of these same people become very emotional, angry, bad and some so bat shit crazy they morph into psychopaths and whom some may call demons.

They not only make bad health and life decisions, some become evil by taking their badness to the next level by hurting and abusing other people. The lunatics on the fringe will commit rape and murder.

Simply put, if you let your microbiome get out of control, you can become mentally ill and commit evil acts. It doesn’t matter if you are an atheist, Satanist, Christian or a Muslim. No one is immune from these ancient natural laws.

How do people lose control of their guts and minds?

Studies have shown that the gut-brain axis links our emotional and cognitive centers of the brain with the peripheral functioning of the digestive tract.

This occurs through the gut-brain axis creates a bi-directional system between the gastrointestinal tract and the brain where the influence of gut microbiota depending on how it has been altered affects our behavior.

Research has shown that naturally occurring chemicals like tryptophan and serotonin, when altered, play an important role in human central nervous system disorders such as bipolar and schizophrenia.

All the while, one in five people suffer from a mental health issue and one in a hundred have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

One of these chemicals I would like to focus on is called tryptophan.

Tryptophan is an “essential” amino acid that is made from plant or animal sources. It is called an “essential” amino acid because the body does not produce it so we have to get it from our food.

When you consume tryptophan, your body changes it to a hormone called serotonin, which transmits signals between your nerve cells and affects the emotions.

It is found mainly in the human gut and brain as the main chemical involved in gut-brain access (GBA) systems and communications.

It is an important chemical that science is beginning to discover acts as a transmission antenna or biological internet via neurotransmission that we can control or be controlled by the microbes in our guts.

Research has proven that the main residents in our gut are our microbiome, which is a massive community of bacteria and fungi that have the ability to alter human behavior through the gut-brain axis (GBA).

Here is an image from a recent study showing how gut-brain access occurs and how easily we can be unknowingly manipulated by the microbes in our gi tracts:

“The brain-gut axis and the bi-directional system of communication. The brain-gut axis is a bi-directional system of communication between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract. This links emotional and cognitive centres of the brain with peripheral control and function of the gut and its resident microbiota. Serotonin is a key element of this axis, acting as a neurotransmitter in the CNS and in the enteric nervous system that is present in the wall of the gut. A. Neural communication between the gut and brain is via the vagus (stomach and rectum) and dorsal root ganglia (DRG-small and large intestine), via projections from the enteric nervous system to sympathetic ganglia and parasympathetic innervation of the gut. B. Humeral communication is via release of bacterial factors, production of cytokines and circulating hormones. An important advance for future studies will be testable models of a potential mechanism of action (e.g., cutting the vagus can block some effects of changing the gut microbiota in rodent models).

The part of the brain I theorize is controlled by the fungi is what we call the gi tract or gut and the mammalian part of our brains.

If you are ill due to being unhealthy due to poor diet, alcohol, and or drug use, I believe that the fungi in your gut can control this gut-brain access and thus highjack the mammalian brain to carry out its destructive and pathogenic missions.

These little microbes do this through secret processes like our tryptophan metabolism and other chemicals. Recent studies have shown that a number of microbial metabolites (referred to as neuro-active metabolites) produced through tryptophan may influence more than we ever imagined.

In the human gut, our microbes, which are symbiotic with us, convert tryptophan to tryptamine. Tryptamine activates trace amine-associated receptors that regulate the activity of dopaminergicserotonergic, and glutamatergic systems.

Tryptamine produced by mutualistic bacteria/fungi/molds in the human gut activates serotonin and coordinates absorptive processes in addition to playing a role in innate and adaptive mucosal immunity.

In fact, if you do not have enough of this chemical, it can cause severe neurological issues and create lesions and deform parts of your brain like the amygdala. I believe that it becomes highjacked by the very microbes in your gut making otherwise ordinary people become not only illogical and unreasonable but also pathogenic, parasitic or demonic.

I discuss this science in my previous essay, Battle for the Noosphere: How the human mind can be highjacked via the amygdala.

The main job of the amygdala is to regulate emotions, such as fear and aggression. The amygdala is also involved in tying emotional meaning to our memories, reward processing, and decision-making.

Amygdala dysfunction during face emotion processing is well-documented in bipolar disorder. Individuals with bipolar disorder showed greater amygdala activity (especially the amygdala/medial-prefrontal-cortex circuit).

Amygdala size has been correlated with cognitive styles with regard to political thinking. A study found that “greater liberalism was associated with increased gray matter volume in the anterior cingulate cortex, whereas greater conservatism was associated with increased volume of the right amygdala.”

These findings suggest that the volume of the amygdala and anterior cingulate gyrus may be associated with an individual’s ability to tolerate uncertainty and conflict.

This brings us to what I believe we can equate to human possession or demon possession.

The disruption of the microbiome in our gi tracts has long been shown to alter these chemicals causing the development of mental disorders. I believe this is caused by bad ideas about how to live along with bad food and drugs which leads to a fungal infection and overload within the stomach (gut/gastrointestinal tract).

And what do you know?

Fungi and even some parasites synthesize amino acids, including tryptophan which helps protect against fungus infections.

For example, there are many reports of fungal infections and the psychiatric side-effects caused by antibiotics, even in people without a previous psychiatric history. It is no wonder because most antibiotics are created using fungal derivatives such as penicillin.

Research has proven that serotonin in higher-order brain function and that low brain serotonin levels are associated with poor memory and depressed mood.

Studies have shown that that the effects of acute tryptophan depletion can cause neurological problems such as depression, psychomotor processing, declarative memory, working memory, executive functions, and diseases like Parkinson’s disease patients with demonstrable reduction in global cognitive function and verbal recognition due to acute tryptophan depletion.

This is why L-tryptophan is used along with other medications to treat mental depression and is used along with lithium to treat bipolar disorder.

The list of medications that contain trptophan is log such as medicine to treat mental illness such as chlorpromazine (Thorazine), fluphenazine (Prolixin), thioridazine (Mellaril), and others; a narcotic medicine such as meperidine (Demerol) or pentazocine (Talwin); or. a sedative such as diazepam (Valium), clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), and others.

German Police Arrest 25 Members of Reichsbürger for Attempted Government Coup

German Police Arrest 25 Members of Reichsbürger for Attempted Government Coup

Twenty-five members of a right-wing political group called “Reichsbürger” were arrested by the German police yesterday for allegedly attempting a government coup and planning a civil war.

Reichsbürger is a German term meaning “citizens of the Reich” or “Reich Citizens,” while ‘reich’ itself refers to a ‘realm’ or ’empire’ in English.

Investigators claim members were plotting to storm the German parliament building called the Reichstag, and other targets in a wave of attacks that included the national power grid in order to depose the current federal government and take power by force.

The prosecutors stated that the group believed that Germany is ruled by a so-called “deep state,” similar to claims in the U.S. by QANON and former President Donald Trump.

According to German officials, the suspects “belong to a terrorist organization founded by the end of November 2021 at the latest, which has set itself the goal of overcoming the existing state order in Germany and replacing it with its own form of state, which has already been worked out in outline.”

Many members are alleged to be former soldiers of Germany’s armed forces, including special forces, who were said to be in possession of various weapons. The Reichsbürger had planned the coup to completion from the moment of the “takeover” by assigning government positions to some of its members.

A soldier from the Bundeswehr’s Special Forces Command (KSK) as well as several Bundeswehr reservists are also among the suspects arrested, a spokesperson for Germany’s Military Counterintelligence Service (MAD) told the DPA news agency.

Justice Minister Marco Buschmann said in a statement:

“Since this morning a large anti-terror operation is taking place. The Federal Public Prosecutor General is investigating a suspected terror network from the Reichsbürger scene,” Buschmann wrote. “The suspicion exists that an armed attack on constitutional organs was planned.”

Approximately 2,100 Reichsbürger are prepared to use violence to reach their goals, according to the 2021 annual report of the agency.

The group’s leader is 71 year old Heinrich Reuss, who calls himself Prince Heinrich XIII. Reuss hails from a long-established but minor German royal household in eastern Germany and has publicly advocated his “Reichsbürger” in order to restore the old royal lineage from the 19th century.

Reichsbürger is a term was first used in 1980 by Otto Ernst Remer to describe those who rejected the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany as not legitimate.

It refers to Germany before World War II, when it was known as the Second Reich. The first Reich was the Holy Roman Empire that existed from 962 to 1806.

Some Reichsbuerger demand the enthronement of the great-great grandson of Emperor Wilhelm II, forced to abdicate in 1918 as a consequence of World War One, as a new German emperor.

They are described as a right-wing extremist group that believes that the Federal Republic of Germany is not a real state, but only a corporation under international law. They assert that the 1937 borders of Germany are still in effect and claim that their country is the Deutsches Reich (German Empire), which existed under a different legal system.

Approximately 3,000 security forces from the Federal Police’s antiterrorism unit GSG 9, and officers from several special forces (SEK) of the German states were also deployed to carry out the raids.

The First Amendment: Free Speech does NOT mean you can say whatever the hell you want

The First Amendment: Free Speech does NOT mean you can say whatever the hell you want

Today, we live in a world where online platforms like Twitter and Facebook virtually allow anyone to say whatever the hell they want with impunity. But it was not always like this in the United States of America.

There is a popular American myth that our right to free speech means that anyone can say anything. Meaning, that if you want to verbally assault anyone or anything like the government, President, or police and yell obscenities at God-fearing religious people, you are protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

But this is simply not true.

Author, Professor Volokh, Professor of First Amendment law at the law school of the University of CaliforniaLos Angeles, says the people who wrote the First Amendment had a much narrower conception of free speech than is accepted today. He also has written the book, “The First Amendment: Law, Cases, Problems, and Policy Arguments.”

He has stated that for much of American history, the First Amendment did not prevent laws providing criminal punishment against people who engaged in antigovernment or obscene speech.

For example, in the past, people could not use their speech to attack our religious institutions like we see today where some atheists have become famous by making it a sport and their careers to blaspheme religion and mock its followers. The courts ruled that blasphemy was outlawed, and not just swearing against religion, but the public denial of the truth of Christianity could get you thrown in jail.

Some of the Founding Fathers of America, like President John Adams, were members of the Federalist Party who believed that maintaining a republican government required punishing those who falsely and maliciously criticized the government.

Adams had written, “Every individual is at liberty to expose, in the strongest terms, consistent with decency and truth all the errors of any department of the government.”

This also implied that there was no constitutional protection for politicians who deliberately misleading the public. “Because the Constitution guaranties the right of expressing our opinions, and the freedom of the press,” Federalist congressman John Allen asked rhetorically, “am I at liberty to falsely call you a thief, a murderer, an atheist?”

Stopping the spread of lies, Federalists insisted, was essential to maintaining a well-informed electorate and, thus, a republican government.

Up until the mid-1900s, our obscenity laws not only routinely convicted pornographers and so-called sex fiends but also book authors on educational literature such as sex education. The U.S. courts routinely ruled well into the 1960s that some antigovernment speech was constitutionally unprotected even when the speech did not result in violence.

Categories of speech that are given lesser or no protection by the First Amendment (and therefore may be restricted) include obscenity, fraud, child pornography, speech integral to illegal conduct, speech that incites imminent lawless action, speech that violates intellectual property law, true threats, and commercial.

However, today, virtually all corporate and alternative news networks make their living criticizing the government and making fun of the U.S. President. Anytime you turn on the TV or research news online, you can witness these news anchors, who most are highly paid to mock our government and President as they sow dissention among the people with their political rhetoric.

A lot of the news we see today is based upon half truths and half lies further confusing the populace. American philosopher and social critic, Noam Chomsky calls these people “Commisars” whose job is to maintain a system of doctrines and beliefs which will undermine independent thought and prevent a proper understanding and analysis of national and global issues. In Russia, commissars were in charge of communist political propaganda and indoctrinating the public with communist ideology.

Chomsky wrote:

“You don’t have any other society where the educated classes are so effectively indoctrinated and controlled by a subtle propaganda system – a private system including media, intellectual opinion forming magazines and the participation of the most highly educated sections of the population.

Such people ought to be referred to as “Commissars – for that is what their essential function is – to set up and maintain a system of doctrines and beliefs which will undermine independent thought and prevent a proper understanding and analysis of national and global institutions, issues, and policies”.

Over the last few years (2019 – 2022), there has been big shift and dividing line between “conservative media” and “liberal media”

For most of America’s history, we were much more conservative and traditional in our values, making free speech much less constitutionally protected than it is today. In fact, there was never a time like that in Modernity when almost all speech was protected.

But the facts are that free speech never meant that anyone could say whatever they wanted without impunity.

However, times have changed.

Pornography of all kinds, anti-religion rhetoric, and even Satanic organizations can be found everywhere in U.S. culture. Groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter appear to act with legal impunity with their speeches calling for death and war in the streets as they stage violent protests against the police, government, and conservative groups. All the while the liberal media and government support these illegal activities and often praise these groups as they commit crimes across the nation.

How did this happen and who changed our laws?

There is a select group of liberals in our country who have been steadily undermining the U.S. Constitution. They have sat in some of the most powerful positions in politics, our courts, and educational institutions.

Two of the most famous liberals to sit in the highest positions of power in the Supreme Court were Justices Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. (1841–1935) and Louis D. Brandeis (1856-1941). They were appointed to the Court by President Franklin D. Roosevelt and were generally associated with the liberal wing of the Court on most issues.

Their influence has not only changed the laws of this great country, they have changed the moral, ethical, and religious landscape of our country.

Today, a famous term for left leaning liberals who support various fringe social movements is “social justic warrior.” But men like Brandeis were Progressives who took it to the next level to the point he was called a “militant crusader for social justice.”

For example, when he was nominated for the supreme court, he faced all kinds of opposition like Justice William O. Douglas who wrote;

“Brandeis was a militant crusader for social justice whoever his opponent might be. He was dangerous not only because of his brilliance, his arithmetic, his courage. He was dangerous because he was incorruptible … [and] the fears of the Establishment were greater because Brandeis was the first Jew to be named to the Court.”

Brandeis became a leader of the Progressive movement where  he used the law on multiple reform crusades as the instrument for social change from 1897 to 1916 playing a key role in shaping the jurisprudence of free political  speech.  Two of the infamous cases, Gilbert v. Minnesota (1920) and Whitney v. California (1927) dealt with the use of free speech by a military draft dissentor and a communist party’s member’s rights.

But no one changed American law and politics like Oliver Holmes had done.

He would be the de facto king of modern liberalism via the U.S. court system that has literally followed and maintained many of his decisions, marking a significant shift in American jurisprudence.

Benjamin N. Cardozo, the famed Associate Justice of the Supreme Court who would succeed Holmes, called his predecessor “the great overlord of the law and its philosophy.”

The Common Law, published in 1881, was Holmes’s giant contribution to neoliberal legal ideologies infiltrating the U.S. courts. Holmes writes;

“The life of the law has not been logic: it has been experience. The felt necessities of the time, the prevalent moral and political theories, intuitions of public policy, avowed or unconscious, even the prejudices which judges share with their fellow-men, have had a good deal more to do than the syllogism in determining the rules by which men should be governed.”

For his views and work in changing our laws, he had become known as the Great Dissenter.

Holmes had opposed the doctrine of natural law and advocated broad freedom of speech under the First Amendment. He wrote some of the most significant free speech decisions ever handed down by the Court. His neoliberal legal philosophy was in contrast to the prevailing jurisprudence of the time: legal formalism, which held that law was an orderly system of rules based on previous legal decisions.

According to author Albert Alschuler’s book, Law Without Values: The Life, Work, and Legacy of Justice Holmes, he bears a heavy responsibility as the “destroyer not so much of formalism but of the natural law tradition.” Alschuler wrote:

“The most valuable aspect is the interpretation of Holmes’s role in the development of American jurisprudence. The book depicts him as a destroyer not so much of formalism but of the natural law tradition. He says that, “Holmes was at the forefront of a revolution whose achievements were mainly negative.

This revolution was not a ‘revolt against formalism’ but a revolt against objective truth.

Where the law became what Holmes calls a “markeptplace of ideas” where “the best test of truth is the power of the thought to get itself accepted in the competition of the market, and that truth is the only ground upon which their wishes safely can be carried out.”

This one dissenting opinion in Abrams v. United States (250 U.S. 616 – 1919) by Holmes clearly defines his negation of legal tradition based upon truth and facts to the modern era of progressivism and neoliberalism. Holmes wrote:

“Persecution for the expression of opinions seems to me perfectly logical. If you have no doubt of your premises or your power and want a certain result with all your heart you naturally express your wishes in law and sweep away all opposition.

To allow opposition by speech seems to indicate that you think the speech impotent, as when a man says that he has squared the circle, or that you do not care whole-heartedly for the result, or that you doubt either your power or your premises.

But when men have realized that time has upset many fighting faiths, they may come to believe even more than they believe the very foundations of their own conduct that the ultimate good desired is better reached by free trade in ideas — that the best test of truth is the power of the thought to get itself accepted in the competition of the market, and that truth is the only ground upon which their wishes safely can be carried out. That at any rate is the theory of our Constitution.

It is an experiment, as all life is an experiment. Every year if not every day we have to wager our salvation upon some prophecy based upon imperfect knowledge.

While that experiment is part of our system I think that we should be eternally vigilant against attempts to check the expression of opinions that we loathe and believe to be fraught with death, unless they so imminently threaten immediate interference with the lawful and pressing purposes of the law that an immediate check is required to save the country.”

Holmes literally reinvented U.S. common law and the First Ammerndment in order to what I contend was to modernize it as a tool for neoliberals to control the U.S. legal system.

Professor Ronald K.L. Collins CLAIMS Holmes’s the titan of free speech jurisprudence:

“Holmes’s footprint on the American life of free speech is gigantic. Like Atlas, he is a titan in that world. No one else quite casts a shadow for so long. Although James Madison is the grand pater of the historical First Amendment, its modem father figure is surely Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr….

His thought can be found in bold relief in many Supreme Court opinions on freedom of expression, in every contemporary history of the subject, in every casebook and textbook used in law schools and in colleges, and in every serious scholarly treatment of the matter.”

Holmes said that the law serves “social end[s] which the governing power of the community has made up its mind that it wants.”

In “The Common Law,” Holmes wrote, “The first requirement of a sound body of law is, that it should correspond with the actual feelings and demands of the community, whether right or wrong.”

Holmes was also said to be a mean man who was not only selfish, and cynical, he was a eugenist who believed in the survival of the fitest.

Some scholars such as Jan Vetter and Robert Gordon believe that Holmes spoke this way because he was an advocate of
Social Darwinism. They quote a passage from a 1873 essay Holmes had written on “The Gas-Stoker’s Strike.” Holmes wrote:

“The struggle for life … does not stop in the ascending scale with the monkeys, but is equally the law of human
existence…. The more powerful interests must be more or less reflected in legislation; which, like every other device
of man or beast, must tend in the long run to aid the survival of the fittest.

When one examines a contemporary society like was found even in the time of Holmes, one would have to define the so-called fittest has not being the most physically strong and most intelligent. No, they are the people who can simply follow and adhere to the ideological propaganda issued by the ruling elite and then repeat and kill for the same said ideologies.

As Harvard Magazine writes;

“Many scholars have contended that Holmes was a cynic—icy and aloof, mean-spirited and dark, and supremely self-centered. To Budiansky, the Civil War made Holmes a skeptic—doubting and fatalistic—but not a cynic: it made him question “the morally superior certainty that often went hand in hand with belief: he grew to distrust, and to detest, zealotry and causes of all kinds.”

It also helped make him charming, exuberant, and very ambitious, searching, open-minded, and unquenchable. As he put it in a letter to a friend: “My old formula is that a man should be an enthusiast in the front of his head and a sceptic in the back. Do his damndest without believing that the cosmos would collapse if he failed.”

As the author, Paul O. Carrese describes in his book, “The Cloaking of Power: Montesquieu, Blackstone, and the Rise of Judicial Activism,” Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. and the extraordinary influence he achieved in twentieth-century legal discourse to moderate law by splitting judicial procedure from jurisprudential essence.

Carrese wrote, “A clear concept of judicial legislating yielded by Holmes’s uncertainty about any fixed legal principle was intended to achieve a new social and legal order, one more adjusted to either current majority will or to be an evolutionary progress of the species.

Holmes avoided Montesquieu’s constitutionalism while appreciating other ends or aims of his philosophy, generally viewing it as a cosmopolitan, historicist humanism that survived its outdated efforts as a science of politics.

The Holmesean realism is criticized as being provided by both Montesquieuan jurisprudence and the classic common-law spirit because it poses severe obstacles that perpetuate the rule of law in a sound constitutional order.”

Budiansky describes as “the gamut of the law”—governing contracts, torts, property, wills, crime, and more—he reached conclusions that were “strikingly original, as well as a radical assault on legal tradition.”

Budiansky calls The Common Law “the single most important book in the history of American legal scholarship,” as others have similarly praised it. The book inspired the movement known as Legal Realism, which focused on law’s concrete effects rather than its formalistic axioms, and it remade American law.

Author, Steven J. Heyman argues in his essay “The Dark Side of the Force: The Legacy of Justice Holmes for First Amendment Jurisprudence” that many of Holmes’s views and decisions were contradictory to the First Amendment and actually undermined the nation’s values.

Heyman wrote

“Modern First Amendment jurisprudence is deeply paradoxical. On one hand, freedom of speech is said to promote fundamental values such as individual self-fulfillment, democratic deliberation, and the search for truth.

At the same time, however, many leading decisions protect speech that appears to undermine these values by attacking the dignity and personality of others or their status as full and equal members of the community. In this article, I explore where this Jekyll-and-Hyde quality of First Amendment jurisprudence comes from.

I argue that the American free speech tradition consists of two very different strands: a liberal humanist view that emphasizes the positive values promoted by free speech, and a darker vision that is rooted in the jurisprudence of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes.

Holmes understands free speech as part of a struggle for power between different social groups—a struggle that ultimately can be resolved only by force.

After sketching the liberal humanist view, I trace the development of Holmes’s position, which is grounded in his Darwinian understanding of human life and in his deeper view that all phenomena in the universe are governed by force. Next, I evaluate the Holmesian approach and discuss its implications for a wide range of contemporary issues, from hate speech and pornography to the Citizens United decision on electoral advertising by corporations.

I conclude that Holmes’s view does not provide an adequate rationale for free speech, and that it undermines the liberal humanist principles that should be regarded as central to the First Amendment.”

According to, Albert Alschuler, Holmes did not only change the laws and morals of our country, he alleges it has led it to its destruction and I agree.

Alschuler said that Holmes legal decisions have led to the “disintegration of American society as a whole, which is in a horrible condition.

It’s evils, Alschurler claims are the “vices of atomism, alienation, ambivalence, self-centeredness, and vacuity of commitment” and its citizens are “indolent, cynical, and bitter – envious of those above, reproachful of those below, and mistrustful of those around them.”

Its sins are selfish-consumerism and electronic junk to crime, child-abuse, guns in school, and overweight teenagers.”

Alschuler single handedly eviscerates the hero of the liberal courts and neoliberalism.

He brings us to reality without sugar coating the damage that Justic Holmes as done to the American legal system and our culture as a whole. Alschuler also succinctly brings us back by reminding us of our American traditional values, morals, and personal responsibilities as they intersect with, and ultimately determine, the law.

But the facts are that Holmes’s neoliberal influence had already spread far and wide across the pond because he had often visited Great Britain and London during the years of his work as a lawyer and judge in Boston. He became one of the founders of the “sociological” school of jurisprudence in Great Britain, and then the “legal realist” school in America.

One could say that this was the true origins of “social justice” and “woke philosophy” that are the foundation of the dogmas of neoliberal ideologies.

Holmes would also control issuing propaganda of the neoliberal legal narrative in the U.S. by serving as an editor of the new American Law Review, reporting decisions of state supreme courts. In addition, he worked on a new edition of Kent’s Commentaries that published difficult to find case law for his fellow law colleagues.

Apparently, Holmes was very successful in his liberal efforts to change the laws of our country by infiltrating the courts, because many of his liberal views and legal decisions are still followed to this day. However, I would say that he only wounded the King Plato with his weak philosophical arguments, lies, and unjust laws that have almost ruined the landscape of our once-great nation.

The answer is for our legal system to analyze, debate and change the laws that continue to undermine the ideas, morals, and ethics that this one great nation had stood for.

To do so, as Phillip Johnson, Professor of law at the University of California at Berkeley says that we have to not only use logic, we must also understand that there is real evil and real good in the world in which the Rule of Law is supposed to protect the rights of the good from those who wish to do evil.

“We live in a world where evil exists in plenty, and often prospers. Moral skeptics have the best superficial arguments. But the life of the mind is a combination of logic and also experience, rightly interpreted. A mind in good condition knows that a philosophy that does not provide a foundation for moral knowledge is inadequate.

If you want to know about the law, and everything else, you must think as a good person (because we know that there really is such a thing), and affirm what every good person knows, and what every bad person also knows but suppresses.

There is a real good and a real evil, and the rule of law is a mechanism for maximizing the former and minimizing the latter.”

Our modern-day challenges such as what is bad and what is good to the issues affecting our culture and First Amendment law seem to always coincide at a time of national crisis like we have now.

As Bollinger claims;

“Our most memorable and consequential decisions under the First Amendment have emerged in times of national crises, when passions are at their peak and when human behavior is on full display at its worst and at its best, in times of war and when momentous social movements are on the rise,” he writes.

“Freedom of speech and the press taps into the most essential elements of life—how we think, speak, communicate, and live within the polity.

It is no wonder that we are drawn again and again into its world.”
